1Definitions

3Account Registration and Security
Each Member may hold only one registered Account on the jrg69 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, valid email address, and primary contact number. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. jrg69 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Security Recommendation: jrg69 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account and using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service. Periodically review your Account transaction history and report any unrecognised activity without delay.
jrg69 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its discretion if it reasonably suspects that the Account has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is in breach of these Terms. Where an Account is closed by jrg69 for reasons other than Member fault, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method.
4Identity Verification (KYC)
jrg69 operates a Know Your Customer programme in accordance with its internal compliance obligations. As part of this programme, jrg69 may request identity and financial documents from any Member at any time, including but not limited to:
- A government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
- Proof of current residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
- Proof of payment method ownership — for example, a bank account statement showing your name and account number matching the deposit source, or a screenshot of your e-wallet profile for OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja accounts.
- Source of funds documentation if deposits exceed thresholds defined in jrg69's internal compliance policy.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all outstanding KYC documents have been submitted and approved. jrg69 aims to process KYC submissions within one to three business days of receiving all required documents. Members who fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first request may have their Account restricted to view-only mode until verification is completed.
All documents submitted for KYC are handled in strict confidence and processed in accordance with jrg69's Privacy Policy. Documents are used exclusively for identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
5Deposits
jrg69 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following verified payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits via bank transfer are typically credited to your Account within seconds during standard banking hours. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically processed in under 30 seconds.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and may trigger an Account review. jrg69 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, credit cards issued outside Indonesia, or any payment method not listed as approved on the Platform.
Minimum and Maximum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and maximum single-transaction limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account. 6Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to payment channel availability. jrg69 does not process withdrawals to bank accounts or e-wallet accounts not verified as belonging to the registered Member.
Finance processing hours are 08:00 to 22:00 WIB (WesternIndonesia Time, UTC+7) daily. Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available finance window. Customer support remains available 24/7 to assist with withdrawal status queries outside finance hours.
Standard withdrawal processing times by channel are as follows:
- BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: Typically 15 to 60 minutes during finance hours, subject to bank processing queues.
- CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon: Typically 30 to 90 minutes during finance hours.
- OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja: Typically 15 to 45 minutes during finance hours.
These timeframes are targets, not guarantees. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. jrg69 will notify the Member via their registered email address if a withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard window.
Withdrawal Conditions: Any Balance derived from a deposit that has not yet been wagered at least once in full (1x turnover on the deposited amount) is subject to a standard anti-money-laundering wagering check before withdrawal approval. Bonus Funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
jrg69 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if the transaction triggers internal compliance thresholds, regardless of whether the Member has previously completed KYC. Withdrawals that cannot be verified will be held pending review and the Member will be notified within one business day.
7Bonuses and Promotions
jrg69 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and free spins. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion only.
Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jrg69 promotions:
- Bonuses are available to one Account per Member, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
- Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are displayed in the promotion terms. As a general rule, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and sports markets contribute between 50% and 100% depending on the odds range of the selection.
- Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, all remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds will be forfeited without compensation.

Bonus Abuse: jrg69 operates zero tolerance toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk, high-coverage bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional structures. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonus winnings forfeited and the Account will be subject to permanent closure.
8Game Rules and Fair Play

9Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jrg69 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
- Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place Wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or any vulnerability in the Platform's systems for financial gain.

12Limitation of Liability

jrg69's total cumulative liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction processed through the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jrg69 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While jrg69 invests significantly in platform reliability and security, temporary outages, maintenance windows, and third-party service disruptions may occur. jrg69 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jrg69's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law and the internal policies of jrg69 as an internationally operated platform. jrg69 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use or legally available in all jurisdictions. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their place of residence.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a Wager, game result, or account transaction, the Member must contact jrg69 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. jrg69 will investigate the dispute and provide a written response within 10 business days. During the investigation period, jrg69 may place a temporary hold on the disputed funds.

In the event of a dispute, jrg69's server records shall be considered the primary authoritative record. Where a Member's records conflict with jrg69's server logs, the server logs shall prevail unless the Member can demonstrate a clear technical error on jrg69's part.
Members who are not satisfied with jrg69's dispute resolution response may escalate their complaint to jrg69's senior compliance team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "FORMAL COMPLAINT" and referencing their original dispute ticket number. jrg69 will provide a final written position within 15 business days of receiving a formal escalation.
14Amendments to These Terms
jrg69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as amendments that affect Member rights, financial conditions, eligibility criteria, or dispute resolution processes — will be notified to Members via their registered email address at least 14 days before the amended terms take effect.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published.
